User :   from the last 2 years I was going bed at 12.30 and get waking up at 6
User :   and from last couple of years I'm getting lot of dreams in my sleep

User :   when I'm getting sleep immediately I fell into a dream, even it is in after noon time

User :   no, but before couple of days my BP count showed as 140 / 90, now its 125/75, I was getting Headaches like migraine not now

User :   exercise means I like to walk nearly 2 to 5 KMs in daily routine

User :   some times work, some times watching movies in system and some times not getting the sleep yet

Doctor :   from what you have told me- you need to make an effort to modify your lifestyle- try meditation and relaxation techniques

Doctor :   avoid eating food and sleeping immediately as it cause discomfort- keep a gap of atleast 2-3 hours
Doctor :   simple yoga exercises and meditation are fine
