User :   I have been having pvc's for some time...........I had a pacemaker placed back in november for right bundle branch block and bradycardia.......I am on solatol for the pvc's
User :   I have lately been waking up in the early morning hours to go to bath room and when i get back into bed I am having sensation of multiple pvc's but I will have a pause and then a bunch of beats at a high rate higher then normal like 13 beats in five seconds should this concern me

User :   my pacemaker does not show any high speed runs by defintion 5 beats or more at a rate of over 150 bpm
Doctor :   can you elaborate on pvc's
User :   the pvc's seem to be many during this period in particular, i average around 1000 per day...........based on download of my pacemaker........ but on these occassions the pvc's seem to have pauses and frequency different than normal pvc's then a long pause inbetween beats then the rapid beats

User :   that i am aware of the last few weeks

Doctor :   since you are having higher beats than normal it can be a prob with your pacemaker or pvc's may have got aggravated

User :   no neither
Doctor :   actually speaking there are no anti arrythmic drugs that fulfill the criteria for pvc's
Doctor :   so the drug you are using is an beta blocker
Doctor :   reduce stress and other distressful situations
User :   its actually an anti arrythmic drug but only does a fair job on the pvc's at one time i had several thoussand a day
User :   the pvcs do not concern me its the little fast runs that have me concerned high heart rate for the few seconds at a time
Doctor :   ya it is classified unhder antuiarrythmic but it is a diff drug than commonly shared properties of anti arrythi= drugs
User :   i see
Doctor :   i think you need an physical examination to be done and check whether pacemaker is insitu
