User :   I was saying that I have chronic pain and I have been feeling really sick latley

User :   normal, that was all we heard

User :   No, I was about to start, but the discharged me before we could do anything

Doctor :   Chronic neck pain can be due to various reasons like neck strain, whiplash, herniated disc, pinched nerve etc

User :   I think it was because I missed one appointment

and also you need to continue your pain killers
User :   i dont much left and my doctor isn't available on the weekend

User :   i have only two norco left, and I don't get to see anyone until monday

User :   I can't have two on a normal day, let alone when i am as sick as i am
User :   yes it is
User :   usually norco doesn't work for me in the first place

you can take the pain killers like Tylenol or Percocet
User :   i dont have any percocet

or Vicodin
Doctor :   It is an over the counter medications, you can get it in the stores

User :   Percocet ( the strong pain medication) needs a prescription from my doctor as far as I know
User :   for the kind of extreme pain I have

User :   No, the emergency room I go to doesn't deal with these kind of things
User :   and my parents said they would never take me again after previous experiances
