Doctor :   hoe many are they ?

User :   5 small, about an inch and one large about 4 inches which looks like a bruise,
User :   but not sure if i ran into something. the small ones appear daily for past 4 days
User :   the small ones look like black and blues.

Doctor :   Apply apple cider vinegar to your bruise using a cotton ball. The vinegar will speed up healing, relieving bruise pain. You can also soak gauze or a cotton ball in the apple cider vinegar, then tape it to your bruise, adding more vinegar when it dries out. Use regular apple cider vinegar from the grocery store
Doctor :   if they are increasing in size then you would have to show it to a dermatologist
User :   Okay
Doctor :   have you got your sugar tested?
User :   I have taken picture with another camera and am going to send you. I have not had my sugar tested recently but will have my cholesterol tested soon, should that be added to test list?
Doctor :   yes please do that
Doctor :   also your blood pressure too
Doctor :   you should also take vitamin K supplements
User :   blood pressure was checked yesterday and was okay
Doctor :   also have food which is high on bioflavonoid also known as vitamin P. Bioflavonoid functions as the protector of the capillaries by keeping it healthy and avoids any kind of bleeding.
Doctor :   These are also anti-inflammatory which helps in reducing inflammation
Doctor :   You can find bioflavonoid in lemons, green peppers, broccoli and rose hips. The best bet with bioflavonoid is to have it with vitamin C as it is easily absorbed in your body.
User :   Yes, but can we know why they are appearing now?
Doctor :   there are many causes
Doctor :   do you exercise ?
Doctor :   it can be Bumping or banging against something
Doctor :   Unexplained bruises due to a fall or getting hit during one of the sports activities
Doctor :   and sometimes due to the fragile condition of the skin
User :   No that would not apply here. I did swim twice this week, but no banging. It appears
User :   after sleeping.
Doctor :   well do the things i have told you you will find relief
User :   Okay so does that end our session then? Should I still send photo?
