User:its dry

User:I guess you would have got the attachment now...

Doctor:Not yet
User:hi Doc, have you received the attachment?
Doctor:No not yet
Doctor:Usually it takes a few min
Doctor:I have seen the reports in the query sent by you
Doctor:I think it is Lichen
Doctor:The more you itch, the worse it gets
Doctor:Thus the mainstay is to stop the itching
Doctor:It can be done with steroidal cream like betnovate
Doctor:It needs to be applied upto 2 - 3 times a day
Doctor:or only if she has itching
Doctor:Are you there?
User:1 sec
User:The more you itch, the worse it gets - yes in terms of itching
User:so shall she apply betnovate 2-3 times a day?
Doctor:So that is what it is
Doctor:She will get better
Doctor:Only she needs to avoid itching
Doctor:It may recur again
User:ok...the cream has to be applied only upon itching....or generally 2-3 times a days
Doctor:Again she will need to repeat the process
Doctor:only upon itching
Doctor:Routine use is not recommended
User:ok...what's the permanent remedy? :)
Doctor:as it may cause thinning of skin
Doctor:There is no premanent remedy
Doctor:our immunity deals with it
Doctor:Till then steroidal cream helps
User:ok, will start applying the cream then
Doctor:Just one more thing
Doctor:Do you wish to continue with the query
User:yes, it would be great if some dermatologist can also take a look :)
User:is that fine?
Doctor:Will do that
Doctor:Thanks for coming on chat
Doctor:Take care
User:thanks Doc!
