Both the itching and the rashes?
Do they increase on exposure to sun?
Itching is not there sometimes it is burning rashes is increasing
It seems like photodermatitis
Do you use sunscreen regularly?
i used it only once in this whole summer
You should continue to use it daily
I ate mango skin is it because of that?
No, it is unlikely to be due to that

taken in good light preferably day light.

ya i sent it
Give me a few minutes to check.
I have received your mail.
May I know if the issue which we are discussing about is the dark pigmented are adjacent to the mouth?
Can you verify the duration since when you have it?
Is it progressing in size?
Have you been on any trips outside?
Do you have history of diabetes?
Let me brief you.
I was able to visualize the lesion adjacent the mouth, but it was not very clear at the nasal region.
This hyperpigmented rash could be due to an inflammatory condition probably due to an infection.
or a cosmetic product.
It is unlikely to be a reaction to mango.
I would suggest you to try some antifungal creams
You can apply this cream on the affected region once or twice a day.
How long will it take to clear it off?
Will the pigmentation stay even after cure?
Fungal rashes can stay for months when left untreated.
With the medication, I expect you to see some improvement in 3-5 days time.
i am concerned that pigmentation will stay
If there is no improvements, you need to visit your dermatologist for a direct skin examination.
and mamoz-t cream
may I know what the dermatologist diagnosed this rash as
usually our AC in office goes below 23
Vidyashree, let me explain.
Dandruff is caused by a species of fungus and it is possible that you might have developed this inflammatory reactions secondary to it.
but i dnt have dandruff and that when doctor suggested may be bcos of AC
From what I see on the photograph and your description of symptoms, it does appear you might have developed this due to an infective cause.
Momoz T is similar to candid B but with different actions.
If Momoz T has not produced any changes in the rash, I would suggest you to try candid B for a few days.
do i need a oral medication as well
As far as its relations with AC is concerned, I cannot comment on that.
I would suggest you to try the medication for another 3-5 days
If you wish, you may take an online opinion from our panel of specialist.
how do i do that?
Our panel of specialist can give an online second opinion about your condition and whether or not you would need a oral medications with topical cream.

You may also upload the same photographs sent to us.
ok will do
One of the specialist will be have a look at it and give an expert opinion.
i am concerned about pigmentation
Let me assure you.
how long will it take to get the old skin tone back
The pigmentation is the least thing which I am worried.
If the cause is treated, the pigmentation will fade away in a few months.
In addition, the pigmentation can be easily treated by a cream containing glycolic acid/aloevera/kojic acid.
There are numerous creams such as bright cream/clearz cream which contains these ingredients
can i start it in parallel with candid b cream
I would suggest you to find the root cause and treat it.
Once the cause is treated, the pigmentation should resolve.
The other medications can be started if there is no improvement then.
It looks like a reaction to fungus, but do take an opinion from a dermatologist to know more about i.
Have you followed?
okay i will go with candid b
But do not wait for more than 3-5 days.
If there is no reduction in the size or symptoms,
If it is not effective then i will go for consultation
I recommend you to take a second opinion.
Hope it is clear.
Do you have any other query?
Is there any possibilty to spread?
Yes, without treatment fungal infection can spread.
Is there any other query?
okay do i need to take any antibiotic?
No, either momoz T or candid B can be tried initially.
If there is no improvement, then I recommend you to take a second opinion.
Is there any other query?
Thanks for consulting me.
Bye for now.
