User:i usen some zole-f oinment..
User:it is not working/..
Doctor:Dark patches with are itchy can be associated with multiple conditions, I would need few more details to understand the problem better.
Doctor:Can you answer few of my queries?
Doctor:May I know how big the patches are?
Doctor:Is it a single large patch or multiple patches?
User:it is spreading through whole of my seating part..

Doctor:Have you had similar lesions in the past/
User:first time..
Doctor:Is it possible for you to send me the picture of the affected area on a mail?

Doctor:The description of the patch seems like a fungal infection, however a picture can be useful.
User:any teartment for this??
Doctor:If you are able to send a picture you can send it across to YYYY@YYYY
Doctor:We can confirm the diagnosis by taking the skin scrapping and performing a test called KOH mount.
Doctor:This test can be done by a dermatologist.
Doctor:These lesions usually respond to topical cream, however if the zole - f cream is not providing any significant effects, you might need oral antifungal like fluconazole or terbinafine
Doctor:The dermatologist can again prescribe these medications to you.
Doctor:With this treatment, your symptoms should resolve.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:u r saying that the fluconazole or terbinafine is enough..
Doctor:Oral tablets should be able to treat this problem.
Doctor:However the course of these antifungal oral medications is long
Doctor:sometimes needed for 3 weeks.
Doctor:So it would be wise to get this treatment monitored by your doctor/dermatologist.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:thank u..
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
User:thans a lot
Doctor:Wish you a speedy recovery.
