User :   ok
Doctor :   1. He may have injured it while zipping
User :   ok.
Doctor :   2. It can be a sign of an allergic reaction/infection.
User :   waht kind of infection?

Doctor :   1. Skin the skin has got peeled away, infections can settle on it.
Doctor :   hence use local antiseptic creams such as neosporin or silver sulfadiazine creams on it.
Doctor :   2. Do not cover the area.
Doctor :   3. Avoid very tight under garments
User :   ok. use neosporin on the skin tht got peeled? i dd that he said i burned.
User :   so wear boxers instead of briefs?
Doctor :   The burning sensation will reduce over a period of time.
User :   ok. this is for the rednes area too?
