User :   Hi I have had lots of things wrong first is i am always tired, no matter how much i sleep, i told my doctor and he said just sleep then.

second i had an infection on my knee about 4months ago, at first it itched and within days a rash of red bumps appeared this turned filled with puss n burst then becoming flaky, it wasnt ring worm as the doctor said it wasnt but it left a dark round circle on my knee and its not going anywhere, occassionaly it becomes itchy again and 2-3 raised bumps appear but it doesnt last.

User :   no but at one point they thought i may hve diabetes

Doctor :   If you have had pus filled lesions then the cause for these are bacterial infection.
User :   ok
Doctor :   A bacterial infection over the joint needs to be treated properly with appropriate antibiotics.

Doctor :   These are prescription medications and a culture test is mandatory before starting the medications.

Doctor :   So if you still have the pus lesions, I would suggest you to see a dermatologist for the needful.

Doctor :   SInce the knee joint is a highly mobile joint that would need a few months though.

Doctor :   Can you briefly explain if your tiredness is present through out the day or only during some particular time of the day?
User :   its usually as soon as i wake up and then after lunch around 3pm
User :   and then again by 10pm

User :   yes doctors said it was fine
User :   when i did a hme test it came back at the lowest colour on the chart
User :   but they said ignore tht
Doctor :   Since when have you been experiencing these symptoms and when were these tests done?
User :   i was about 6months ago
User :   same time tests were done
User :   docs jus ignore me
User :   so i have been struggling with it

Doctor :   I would suggest you to repeat the blood sugar test.
Doctor :   Preferably a quantitative test to see if you have signs of diabetes.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Diabetes can cause symptoms of tiredness.
User :   ok
Doctor :   If they come out normal and your symptoms are persistent then you would need further evaluation to include hemoglobin analysis.

Doctor :   It is better that you check your diabetic status, especially if you have symptoms and you've had past history of low sugars.
