User:I'm feeling a little discomfort on the upper right side of my chest
User:it radiates till the back side...
User:feels like something to do with the neck
User:but can't be sure

User:about a week
Doctor:Is it something like Gastritis like burning kind of sensation?

User:it's like a pressure/pull

User:Hmm....symptoms are confusing me....
Doctor:Like due to typing?
User:because the pressure starts from the front...goes all the way till my back...right side below the neck

User:i feel some muscular tension
User:but trouble is...discomfort is also in the front...
Doctor:It seems like muscular in origin

Doctor:Do you have breathing difficulty?
User:not really...
User:i also walk / jog about 2-3 km

User:just a constant pressure in the right side...starting from chest, going till back

User:well, I used to work out quite some time back
User:recently i started again
User:i remember doing some push ups a week or two back

User:i'm just a little scared because it a matter of chest discomfort

User:i think i had spoken to you about my sweating...
User:and the factor over there was also stress

User:well, sweating is more of a thing that happens in office
User:even at home, when i'm having this chest discomfort...i'm not sweating

Doctor:Take simple Dolo 650mg after food twice daily for next 2 days
User:ok, will make a note of that
Doctor:And observe the discomfort to go away
