User :   I have a couple of queries that i wanted to get details on

Doctor :   Weight of an individual is affected by many factors - genes, lifestyle, daily activities, medical illness, diet habits, hormonal disorder, habits and so on.

Doctor :   However most individuals when they plan to quit, its the urge that the are not able to control
User :   i was planning to try nicorate
User :   to see if i can stop smoking
Doctor :   So inorder to satisfy this urge, products such as nicotine gums/nicotine patches/electronic cigarette have come to the market.

Doctor :   These products are better than actual cigarette smoking itself.
User :   oh ok
Doctor :   In the sense the bad effects of cig are the nicotine and the tar, carbon monoxide, carbondioxide that comes with the smoke.
Doctor :   The later are not present in these products
Doctor :   so the effects of those unwanted harmful smoke is atleast prevented.
Doctor :   So, if you are not able to prevent the urge of smoking a cig
Doctor :   you can use these supplements.
