User :   Hello... My father quit alcohol on his own a month ago. he did not seek any medical intervention. He used to take say 2-3 pegs a day. We had no idea that medical assistance is very important in alcohol withdrawal. Probably, as aftereffects of giving up, he once had fever. He would feel scared of taking a bath. but has now overcome that. He would not feel like taking/drinking water. but has overcome that. however, he still feels lack of sleep during the night and has indigestion. please suggest what should be the appropriate steps to take to help him recover better.
