Quick exhaustion after play - Online Doctor Chats

User : I've been playing soccer constantly for the past 3 or 4 years with little breaks. So, basically I'm always doing some tiring physical activity. Right now I have just moved up to a higher level of soccer that demands even more running and physical activity. The issue I'm having is that when ever I start playing after about 10 minutes I start to get extremely tired. It's not like I lose my breath but my legs get very fatigued and it feels like Im pulling around 100lb. weights for legs which ends up making me breathless. This has been a constant issue for me now. My family has told me that my body is just getting burnt out from the excessive exertion of energy through sports and my lifestyle of physical activity. I mean I just got done with High School soccer which had 2 games and 4 practices a week the whole season, and then after that I had to play for my club team,all of this was done without a break. And when ever Im not playing soccer I'm doing something outdoors or involving physical activity. Also,whenever I have to play soccer in the heat its just horrible it drains all the energy out of me while my other team mates don't seem to be bothered. So if you could, please help me.
