Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
User :   there was no any pus from my penis
User :   ok..
User :   coming out from my penis
Doctor :   Fever, with body ache, and red lesions on the body can be commonly by viral infections.
User :   yes i have joint pains too...since yesterday
User :   ok..
Doctor :   Its difficult to determine the exact type of infections without investigations, this also includes the HIV infection.
User :   ok..
User :   will it shows very fastly
Doctor :   If you haven't had any previous high risk exposure (exposure to HIV), then the chances that they are HIV induced are unlikely.
User :   previously i dont have any
Doctor :   Hence I suggest that you consult a general physician for evaluation, which may include testing the blood.
Doctor :   These test are may be necessary to determine chances of other prevelant infections presently in India such as dengue.
Doctor :   If there was no previous exposures to high risk events, then you do not worry about HIV,
Doctor :   its unlikely that your present illness is due to it.
User :   actually i had protected sex with condom
User :   only one big mistake i had was lip to lip kissing and i got salaiva of her
User :   does it causes any hiv?
Doctor :   Yes, thats the specific reason apart from the short duration of illness, that the chances of HIV is unlikely.
User :   is it hiv passes through salaiva
Doctor :   Though HIV can spread through any body fluids, the rate of HIV transmission through saliva is almost nil.
User :   so should not worry right abot HIV? through saliva
Doctor :   Hence again its unlikely that you may be infected with HIV through the saliva transmission.
Doctor :   Yes, you need not worry about HIV transmission.
User :   how many percent of chaces are ther that hiv passes through salaiva
Doctor :   Theoretically the chances are less than 5%, however practically there has been no reports of HIV transmission via a saliva exchange.
User :   ok..
Doctor :   the theoretical chances are more if there has been visible lesions/cuts in the mouth.
User :   ooh...god
Doctor :   If you are apprehensive about HIV, the best is to get the HIV test done.
User :   can i take HIV test right now
Doctor :   A positive report on the test, will relieve your anxiety.
User :   what
User :   positive?
Doctor :   You can get the test now, and you would need another test after the second month.
Doctor :   I suggest this not for suspicion of HIV now, but just to relieve your anxiety.
User :   ok...
Doctor :   If you are still apprehensive of the HIV, then you can consider getting these tests.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   today i consulted one general physicain
Doctor :   Ok
User :   he checked my penis and told me u dont have any alergy
Doctor :   Ok
User :   these swallon glands and fever may be the viral or bacterial infection he told
User :   still am worrying
Doctor :   Ok
User :   the rashes i have small red dotted one
Doctor :   Ok
User :   to know immediate result about HIV is there any test
User :   what do u feel about my symptoms
Doctor :   I would agree with your physician, they may be related to commonly viral infection or alternatively a bacterial infection than an HIV infection.
User :   common viral infection causes all these syntoms?
Doctor :   If the rashes are persisting, you would need blood counts and based on the reports of this other tests may be necessary.
Doctor :   Hence I suggest you to discuss about this with your physician and consider getting this test if necessary.
User :   i heared about PCR
User :   is it helpfull to sort out immediatly
Doctor :   PCR test are specific test for determining any infections.
Doctor :   It applies to HIV also.
User :   is it conclusive
Doctor :   Because they are highly specific, its more important in ruling the infection.
Doctor :   A negative PCR almost rules the infection.
Doctor :   They are little expensive compared to the normal HIV tests though.
Doctor :   You can consider this if interested.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yes
User :   so PCr test is waste of taking
Doctor :   The HIV PCR test( as they are highly sensitive) are useful in ruling out the infection.
Doctor :   However they can have false positive reports.
User :   oh ok..
Doctor :   Hence they are not the diagnositic check.
Doctor :   You can get these tests initially to relieve your apprehension.
User :   can i go for ELISa tomorrow
User :   how many days require to take elisa test
User :   can i go for any STD tests
Doctor :   The reports of ELISA test will be ready in a day or two.
User :   ok..
User :   like after infecting is there any particular time period is there to take the test
User :   sir STD patients can marry?
Doctor :   I would suggest you to consider the opinion suggested by your general physician,
User :   he told me blodd and urine test not required
User :   its just infection
Doctor :   since a physical examination provide better information if a std check is needed.
Doctor :   I would suggest you to get those test.
User :   ok sir..
Doctor :   The further approach will be decided following these test.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
