User :   My husband has woken me up in the middle of the night complaining of severy throbbing pain on the back of his head/neck. It gets worse when standing and sensitive to the touch. Do we need to go to the ER?

User :   I'm not sure he has never had a headache like this before...he was using a hand sander on the floor at our house that we are fixing up...that is when he started to complain and it has gotten worse since then, waking him and then me up
