User :   Hi, I am a Male of 35 years. I am taking Zolfresh 5 mg along with antidepressents oleanzapine 5 mg and risperidone 3 mg. I get 6 hours of sound sleep every night. Is 6 hours of sound sleep more than enough for my age or should I increase my dosage of zolfresh. My doctor says that for me being 35 years old, 6 hours of sound sleep per night is more than enough. I would like your opinion on that.
