Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   Theoretically delusional thoughts can occur due to thyroid hormone abnormalities such as hypothyroidism.
User :   means..
User :   can u explain in easy words as well..
Doctor :   I mean, delusional thoughts are one of the feature of hypothyroidism, though rare, its one of the possible symptoms.
User :   ok..
Doctor :   Since your symptoms have been since a long time, and you also have history of hypothyroidism, it probably may have been the reason for such thoughts.
Doctor :   Now that your thyroid functions are getting normalised, I would expect these thoughts to reduce.
User :   ok..
Doctor :   The second possibility why these thoughts occur is probably due to thought process disorder.
User :   one of the doctor itself told me u get ringing noise from a patient suffering from far away from reality..
User :   if tinnitus is not the symptom os scizophrenia..
User :   then why did he say..
User :   and thats y i feel ... there is something fishy..around me..
Doctor :   These thoughts are persistent and are false, then they are referred to as auditory hallucinations.
Doctor :   Your doctor was probably referring to this.
Doctor :   Such hallucination/delusions of hearing, is associated with schizophrenia.
User :   when i asked him secomd time he changed..he said its tinnitus..
Doctor :   hence my opinion to you are as follows.
User :   only this is the only doubt what i have...
