Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hello, I got a cortisone shot today between my spine and right shoulder. Before the cortisone the dr. injected me with lidocaine, which I felt travel from the injection site to my front and also into my esophagus, which made me cough and sounded like phlem. I continued to cough after the cortisone injection and caughed up a little white stuff, and my throat was a bit numb but not too much. It tasted like chloraseptic. How did a shot in my back get into my throat? Also my shoulder and back area is very sore now, and I've had this shot before in the same area and it didn't hurt at all. Did something go wrong?
Doctor :   how can i help you
User :   this is a scam isn't it
