User :   is painful ovulation a sign of concern?
Doctor :   Women can have pain during ovulation and it's not abnormal.
User :   ok, it is usually ok, last cycle I had slight ache for almost 2 days
Doctor :   Any change in the usual routine is an abnormalilty. Some may occur due to psychological factors such as stress, others may be an organic problem which may need evaluation.
Doctor :   Only an examining doctor will be able to determine the exact cause for the change.
User :   that makes sense
Doctor :   Hence report to your doctor, if you find that the aching is increasing or aggravating.
User :   yes
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
