User :   Hi, may I answer your health que
Doctor :   Hi,
User :   I am having an unusual chest pain, which seems to be in two locations.
Doctor :   NA i knwo the locations ?
Doctor :   May *
User :   They are at the center of the chest, right at the peak of the rib cage, and about 4 inches across from each other. I feel a little flush when it hits as well. The pain last about 30-60 seconds.
Doctor :   ok , is it right or left side?
User :   They are equal in distance from the center of the chest. So 2 inches to the either side of the center.
Doctor :   Do you have vomiting sensation ?
User :   No....
Doctor :   ok, i consider it to be a pain due to gastritis
Doctor :   An antacid for a day or two help you get rid of the pain
User :   I have had an extenuating circumstance where I have thrown my low back out and the pain to hold myself up when standing has been very hard on my stomach muscles.. I am wondering if this could be making things worse.
Doctor :   then the pain would be more superficial , i mean restricted to the chest wall
Doctor :   do you feel the pain in the chest wall os deep inside the chest ?
User :   Yes, this pain has been restricted to the chest and it does not seem deep... it seems "almost" like I can touch it... but can't
Doctor :   ok, then there are fair enough chances for the trauma to be the cause of the pain
Doctor :   Apply Diclofeneac gel over the involved area
User :   I will still check out the antacid and try to relax a bit... the trauma has been with me for 6 days so the body is in upheaval for sure. I will look for the gel... I am assuming I can get this at CVS
Doctor :   yes, you will get it both are OTCs
