User :   all i want to do is stay in bed, i am depressed, i realise that. i went to my gp for help and advice and decided the to go down the counselling route but it isnt helping. i am lying to my counsellor....pretending everything is ok. will medication get me over the worst? so i can start to get better

Doctor :   Reduce the frequency of masturbation it too is one of the commonest cause of depression

Doctor :   more than that you will loose your energy levels , which can have effects like this
Doctor :   get indulged in outdoor games , movies, and any kind of recreational activities

User :   i would like to, an when i come from work i intend to but as soon as i go into my room i cant seem to stop myself getting into bed
User :   then i do nothing else other than go online
Doctor :   thats due to low energy levels and lack of concentration
User :   and i hate that about myself
Doctor :   just give a strong will to it and do not sleep for few days , say for 3 to 4 days
User :   dont sleep at all?
Doctor :   the confidence level will build up , also medications will add to this
Doctor :   no avoid sleep during day times , or restrict the sleep time for not more than 8 hours

User :   although i spend time in bed i rarely sleep more than 4 hours
Doctor :   Also go for nutritional suppliments
Doctor :   like one containing multivitamins
