User :   hi, i have pain in my shoulder and upper arm to my elbow, thought it was a pulled muscle but it has been ongoing for aboiut 7 weeks now

User :   yes i hurt it during moving
Doctor :   it could be a torn ligament and the only way we can be sure of it is for you to get a MRI done

User :   ok also dont know if it means anything but if i put my arm behind my back i cant lift it much past my very low back but the other one i can lift to mid back

User :   it dont hurt to do it just no strength to do it
