User :   Hi i will like to know if a woman touches her vagina after that washes her hands before giving me a hand job can i get hiv
User :   Hi
User :   I am really worried
Doctor :   Ok,
User :   I will like to know if i can get hiv if a woman touches her vagina after that i made her wash her hand with a little bit of soap and water before she gave me a hand job
Doctor :   There are a number of underlying points that have to be discussed ?
Doctor :   First if she has washed with Soap properly the chance are remote .
Doctor :   Second is the woman for sure HIV positive?
User :   Well i don't know that DR
User :   Henceforth a was a little bit of soap and i don't think it was washed properly
Doctor :   But needless to say that you have a remote or almost zero chance of getting infected with HIV if she had washed her hands with soap.
Doctor :   Then you have to get either her screened for HIV first or get yourself screened for HIV.
User :   Yes i made her use soap and water after that she cleaned her hand with a towel
User :   can you explain to me why can some be infected if the hands are not washed well..
User :   Has there any record of such a thing.. Someone getting infected from getting a hand job
Doctor :   Yes, if the hands are not washed well, her body fluids(vaginal secretions) remain on her hands and when she might have done a job for you, she could infect you through your body fluids(semen).
Doctor :   Though the chance of infection through hand job is very rare.
Doctor :   Every care has to be taken care for contact of body fluids.
Doctor :   Almost 0.001% chance.
User :   Dr but i think they say the hiv virus can't live for that long when it get into the world.. I guess it 7 seconds right
User :   So she going into the bath room washing her hands and cleaning it up was over 7 seconds..
Doctor :   As the HIV cant stay alive outside for long does not mean 7 seconds, there have been instances of upto 2 hrs.
Doctor :   But the exact duration is still a research study.
User :   Ohh really..
Doctor :   Could you let me know your age?
User :   28 yrs
User :   Well dr what are my chance.. I made her use soap and water before touching me...
Doctor :   As you have a bright future ahead and you are a pretty young guy, I would suggest you to take every precaution in these scenarios.
User :   I always do dr.
Doctor :   As I have earlier mentioned your chance is very , very less to get infected, almost a zero.
User :   Thank you Dr.. So i don't have to go in for a test right.. ? I took one last yrs in December and i came out clean
Doctor :   But I would rather suggest you to go for a screening by ELISA test after 2-3 weeks and a confirmatory after 6 months with Western Blot technique
Doctor :   Hope you have followed ?
User :   Yes doctor
User :   I don't think i will go in for a test dr
Doctor :   Hope I have answered your query?
User :   Yes please
User :   Thank you.. so much
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me,take care, bye for now.
User :   bye
Doctor :   Hi
