User :   Like what?
Doctor :   diagnosed with colon cancer in family?
Doctor :   Can you please answer?
User :   I'm 35, no history of it in family
Doctor :   Age and no family history are in congruent with colonic cancer.
Doctor :   So you have to follow the following steps to get a diagnosis : Doctor :   1. Stool Examination & Microscopy to rule out any bacillary/shigella dysentry or also Crohn's or Ulcerative cloitis.
User :   Hello?
Doctor :   2. Per-Rectal examination by the Gen.Surgeon or Proctologist.

Doctor :   'not in-line with' or 'do not correlate'
Doctor :   So you have to follow the following steps to get a diagnosis : 1. Stool Examination & Microscopy to rule out any bacillary/shigella dysentry or also Crohn's or Ulcerative cloitis.
2. Per-Rectal examination by the Gen.Surgeon or Proctologist.
User :   So you don't think it could be cancer?
Doctor :   3. Proctoscopy or Colonoscopy
Doctor :   No, the chances for a colonic cancer are remote though we cannot rule out.
Doctor :   I would say less than 2% a chance.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed.
User :   Would you be worried?
Doctor :   I would not be if I were treating you.
User :   Considering that I've no weight loss and it's being happening on and off since may?
User :   And s normal in between bouts
User :   You honestly wouldn't worry about it? I just need to calm down and stop worrying?
Doctor :   I would go more in favour of Inflammatory Bowel Disorders like Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis.
Doctor :   You need to go to a Gastoenterologist/Proctologist to rule out other causes and calm down.
Doctor :   Below 50 yrs of age Colonic Ca. is very rare and in US it is recommended that you go for screening once every year after 50yrs.
Doctor :   So please follow the steps that I have mentioned earlier and calm down, you would be surely better.
Doctor :   Do you follow?
User :   Yes, but you don't think it's cancer in your professional opinion?
Doctor :   I dont have enough time to take the chat.
User :   Can ibs cause thin stools?
Doctor :   i would put it in Differential diagnosis
