Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   Hello
User :   My 2 year old son was diagnosed with a spiral fracture of the tibia on Wednesday
User :   I took him back to the ER today b/c he was waking up screaming for the past few nights
Doctor :   ok
User :   and today the on call doctor tells me that his leg is not fractured
User :   The on call doctor said to encourage my son to walk on the leg and to keep my appoinment with the orthopedist (which is on monday)
User :   should I let him put pressure on the leg? he is still walking with a limp
User :   and
User :   he doesn't like to put much pressure on it
Doctor :   so it still pains
Doctor :   any bandage?
User :   yes
Doctor :   how many days since the injury
User :   there was a splint on it, but the on call doctor today said he could have the splint off
User :   The injury occurred WEdnesday
User :   so almost 5 days
User :   they didn't x ray tonight
User :   the doctor tonight just looked at the x rays from Wednesday
Doctor :   so they have seen the pr xray and said no fracture
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :   You may encourage your son to put leg on ground
Doctor :   and walk
Doctor :   in case it increases the discomfort and the pain
Doctor :   he can take back and use an assistance
Doctor :   the advise I gave is keeping in view that the xray shows no fracture
