User :   hello,
I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago, yesterday i noticed a single red/ purple spot on the head of my penis. In the middle of the spot it looks a tade white and it feels almost like a tiny scap. It does not burn or itch at all and there is no puss at all either. Is this some kind of STD?
Thanks in advance for your responce.

User :   So any ideas on what this could be?
Doctor :   Yes, i can help you with this
Doctor :   Can you tel me the approximate size of the lesion
User :   It is tiny about half the size of a tip of an eraser
Doctor :   Ok,
Doctor :   is the lesion raised ?

Doctor :   Its ok, is there any ooze from the lesion?
User :   The outer edge is redish/purple and its like normal skin colour in the center
User :   No

User :   thats what i was affraid of
Doctor :   the exact cause of which can be made by physical examination by a venereal disease specialist
User :   would a walk in clinic be able to test this?
Doctor :   i would suggest to take an opinion from the specialist after examination by him rather than a GP
User :   ok
User :   thank you
Doctor :   Is there anything i can help you with?
User :   So by my discription that seems like a very likely possibility of being herpes?
Doctor :   Yes, also possibility of granuloma cannot be ruled out
Doctor :   until examined

Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me , kindly provide your feedback
Doctor :   Bye for now
