User :   ive been having a pulsing feeling behind my right ear and headaches only when i lie down
User :   i had a ct scan and ekg that were both normal

User :   the headaches are worse in the morning
User :   i just had a bad ear infection that lasted a month
User :   do you think the pulsing and headaches are normal after a bad ear infection?
Doctor :   YEs they are normal after a bad infection but it also depends on how severe the infection was and the duration of it
Doctor :   Though I say it may be because of the past infection there are other causes too

User :   i have an mri scheduled for 13 days from now, do you think i should be concerned until then?

User :   the infection cleared last monday

User :   i used 5 days of azithromycin at first
User :   and right before it cleared 2 days of avelox

User :   yes at first it was eustachian tube dysfunction
User :   then an ear infection (they saw fluid behind the ear drum)

Doctor :   that usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to clear

User :   yesterday a doctor examined me and said they only saw a very slight amount of clear fluid behind the ear drum, nothing substantial

User :   i have an allergy test scheduled at the end of the month

User :   my hearing is perfect

User :   i had a hearing test done
User :   the pain is only when lying down or especially in the morning
User :   but the pulsing is in line with my heartbeat
User :   my doctors think its the infection being drained through the lymph nodes
