User :   23
Doctor :   may i know your occupation?
User :   supervisor in retail
Doctor :   and can you explain your symptoms ?

Doctor :   how long have you been symptomatic?
User :   not really. this happened suddenly about a half hour ago. i have never had this issue before
Doctor :   ok
User :   i was sitting up and as i went to lay down i felt a lot of pressure in my head. it was pulsating for a few minutes but then the pressure returned and is now in my neck as well
Doctor :   any headache, weakness, etc?

Doctor :   other than this pulsating feeling?
User :   as soon as it happened i was a little lightheaded but then that went away
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   this could be due to stress, or tension related issues, when, blood flow to the brain increases due to cardiovascular reflexes
Doctor :   and i dont think , it would last
Doctor :   you can take a tylenol, and it would go away
User :   you don't think it's anything more serious?
Doctor :   if you develop weakness, nausea, severe headache (severity 8 /10), then you may need medical evaluation
Doctor :   unless you have major symptoms, .. there is no need to worry

User :   i spent a lot of time researching this online and i got everything from low blood pressure to ruptured blood vessels to aneurysms
Doctor :   have u followed my advice ?
User :   i became very nervous
Doctor :   at your age, of 23, these issues that u have researched, will not present
Doctor :   and there is no need to worry at all,
Doctor :   just relax, and u will be fine
User :   only reason i worry is because this has never happened to me
Doctor :   at the start of adult life, symptoms can be very disturbing, and may cause panic
Doctor :   but with modern stress, and work styles, you may have tension headaches,
Doctor :   and these are benign, though at first they seem ssevere
Doctor :   if you develop symptoms, like weakness, facial palsy, drooling, etc, then you need to evaluate
User :   i had gotten a scalp infection a couple of weeks you think it affects this in any way
Doctor :   also persistant headache, for 2-3 months, seizures, etc, may warrant a MRI
Doctor :   NO NOT AT ALL
