User :   I have puffiness in the upper cheek bone area. It appeared about four month ago. It's on my both side of my cheeks. I don't think it's skin related. I do have allergies! I have a pic

User :   nasal congestion some times, sometimes i get headache not often. i wake up a lot at night

Doctor :   it is not that severe, and is most probably due to severe stress

Doctor :   i would like you to rule out a few conditions by blood testing

Doctor :   hypothyroidism, - test Thyroid function tests, for this
Doctor :   2. Check your kidney function tests like BUN, S creatinine
Doctor :   A complete blood count - including hemoglobin and SED rate
Doctor :   these tests will give findings of common conditions that can produce such changes

Doctor :   CAN you please mention if you have any blurred vision ?
User :   no blured vision
Doctor :   you earlier said that you wake up a lot at night
User :   could it be related to allergies
Doctor :   is this because of blocked nose ?
User :   yes i did to go to the bathroom i drink a lot of water
User :   my nose not blocked i rinse it with salt and water daily
Doctor :   presence of allergic rhinitis, can progress to sinusitis, and any surrounding inflammation can cause puffiness of the cheek
Doctor :   as far as possible, your symptoms are not related to the current issues
User :   if everything is good with the blood what should i take to get rid of it
Doctor :   and once you get the tests done, this may give a clue
Doctor :   but if everything is normal, then adequate rest and stress reduction will be the good way
