Doctor :
Ok. From the history you have mentioned the possibilities are
User :   but i feel relaxed all the time comparing to my co-worckers
Doctor :   1. It is probably a muscular pain
Doctor :
2. Probably a psychological pain.
Doctor :
I have not yet received your file, yet so i am not able to point out more detail about you.
Doctor :
It may be taking somemore time or an error must have occurred.
Doctor :
That is fine.
User :   ok how can i help what can i take for 1 and 2
Doctor :   Out of those two possibilities, i would consider the second as most probable cause.
User :   huh thats interesting
User :   why do u say that?
Doctor :   The reasons are
Doctor :
1. The pain is time specific and not related to any aggravating factor.
Doctor :
2. The reports are normal.
Doctor :   3. You do have history of stressfull job.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   yes.
Doctor :
I shall suggest you a few measures that can help you.
User :   but i have been unemployed for aboy 4 months now.
User :   if i feel something is i feel bored.
User :   so its not about my job.
User :   i sleep all day and eat and have fun so nothing that stressful
Doctor :   I shall explain that too.
Doctor :
For the treatment aspect.
User :   go ahead
Doctor :
1. Pain killers during pain.
Doctor :
You can continue with the medications that you have been effective in relieving the pain till now.
Doctor :
Else simple pain killer such as paracetamol or brufen should be enough.
Doctor :
2. Take adequate rest when there is an episode of pain.
Doctor :
3. Hot water bagging at the place of pain will also help you.
Doctor :
4. If the pain is severe and not reduced with these measures then you may have to see a doctor for an injection.
User :   what type is like more powerful painkiller?
Doctor :   The most powerful painkiller is morphine, but they are not available over the counter.
Doctor :
You may not need it higher painkiller which belong to the class of NSAIDS or Opioids will do.
User :   the biggest problem is that when i do have the pain its i the moring and everyone is sleeping. and the biggest of all is that pain is so severe i cant move an inch not even an inch so going to the hospital is not an option
Doctor :   Moving will aggravate the pain, hence consider lying on the bed.
Doctor :
Practise deep breathing exercise during the episode of pain.
User :   i do actually usually wait in bed until the pain goes away.
Doctor :   you can drink a glass of warm water.
Doctor :
If you have the pain killers then you can take one.
Doctor :   A drink of warm water sometimes may be enough.
Doctor :
If these pains are very frequent and are hampering with your daily activities then a visit to a psychologist will help you a lot.
User :   to be honest i will take immediately take a pill.
Doctor :   If you have a pill near you, you can take it.
Doctor :
I have suggested an alternative, if you do not have one.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :
Ok.
User :   ok this is all for the easing the pain. wat can i do to help it from coming back
Doctor :   Since I consider the cause to be psychological,
Doctor :
adequate bed rest, mood relaxing exercises, regular physical exercises,
Doctor :
meditation and yoga are some of the factors that can help.
User :   ok since youre saying this is all in my mind and because of stress in that last month or so i feel relaxed does this mean the pain will ease?
Doctor :   When these are not helping you, consultation with psychologist should help.
User :   tell her/him wat?
Doctor :
Do you have any other query?
User :   wats my problem?
Doctor :   You can just have explain your symptoms.
Doctor :
The consultation from the psychologist will help you in finding the psychological cause for the pain if any and treating the cause may help in preventing the episodes.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Is there any thing else that I can assist you with?
User :   no you've been great thanks.
