Doctor :   ok, do you have itching in he skin elsewhere in the body ?
User :   No itching like sensation
Doctor :   ok, after having a look at the images and going through your history
Doctor :   i could conclude with two probable diagnosis
Doctor :   one is simple folliculitis ( pseudofolliculitis )
Doctor :   and the other being milder form of Lichen planus
User :   Ok what to do?
Doctor :   and the folliculitis could be due to fungus
Doctor :   i would ask you to apply MICANAZOLE oint over he lesions
User :   ok
Doctor :   for a minimum of two weeks and observe the change
User :   ok
Doctor :   if the lesions educe then continue the same for anther two weeks to get rid of them completely and prevent recurrence
User :   ok,
Doctor :   and if the lesions do not subside then you may need a biopsy test to rule out lichen planus
User :   ok,
User :   is lichen planus non curable?
Doctor :   both are curable
User :   ok ,thanks
Doctor :   and the planus i am suspecting in you is o milder form
Doctor :   and most of times is self limiting , and dissappear when the trigger is identified and removed
User :   So i'll apply MICANZOLE for two weeks
Doctor :   yes, observe , and then decide whether to continue for another 2 weeks or to go for a biopsy
User :   ok, and is there any particular medicine i should prefer
User :   for MICANZOLE
Doctor :   ZOLE F
User :   ok, thanks
Doctor :   Zole F ( brand name )
