User :   Now if he stays sexually active regularly he does not have problems but if he stops then he has the pressure feeling and urination problems

User :   A pressure between the scrotum and the rectum that become more and more painful with time, sitting become difficult

The cause of urine infections are a few, apart from sexual activity.
Doctor :   It could arise just due to dehydration, secondary to a viral infection.
