Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   I am Dr Ashwin
Doctor :   Please proceed with your query.
User :   hello there i am wanting to know as my boyfriend had his prostate removed about 9 months ago and he still drips when he needs to go to ther toliet and we are having sex together and what happens if he pees inside me..
Doctor :   May I know what was the reason for the surgery?
User :   cancer
Doctor :   And did he see his doctor again for the driping of the urine?
User :   no as they told him that would happen
Doctor :   As dripping of the urine is a sign of some damage to the urinary spincther.
User :   no he has incontancence
Doctor :   As per your query, I don't feel that during sex if he urinates inside you can lead to any problems.
Doctor :   And some of them follow this during there sexual encounter for satisfaction.
User :   what can happen if he does pee as i think he does alittle bit
Doctor :   Nothing happens, the pee would flow out along with the vaginal secretions.
User :   so it wouldnt go into my kidneys
User :   i feel i have a urine intact infection
Doctor :   No, vagina is not connected with the kidneys.
Doctor :   so it wouldn go into your kidneys.
User :   thanks
Doctor :   But make sure that you wash yourself after the sexual encounter to avoid any infections.
Doctor :   Are there any more queries for me to help you with?
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   also i am very worried as my dad's brother in law died from a big brain tumour that went from his for head to the back of his head and he only had a problem with being unstable on his feet and he fell over and thats when he called on his neighbour for help to call a abulance
User :   and worried i have that tumour
Doctor :   Are you related to your dad's brother in law genetically?
User :   it was a fast growing too
User :   no
Doctor :   Then I don't feel you need to worry about this as genetic relations can have high risks.
Doctor :   And get it regularly investigated if you are too much worried.
User :   as i have been unstable on my feet
Doctor :   the reason could be different compared to your dad's brother in law.
User :   also i find if i sit on the lounge and the other day i was playing with my son and he was hanging his head over the lounge then i felt very very very head in the head and i had the grab my head with my hand the lift my head back up
Doctor :   You can see a neurologist for complete examination and evaluation to know the reason for your condition.
User :   what would that tumour that he had be called
Doctor :   It would be difficult for me to say what kind of tumor it was, as I have not seen the reports like biopsy or histopathology.
User :   also i find if i sit on the lounge and the other day i was playing with my son and he was hanging his head over the lounge then i felt very very very head in the head and i had the grab my head with my hand the lift my head back up
User :   heavy in the head
Doctor :   It could be due to some muscular spasms and rather than the tumor as the tumor cant be so heavy.
User :   no i just felt very very heavy in the head
User :   it happens all the time
User :   also i am worried about my mum too
Doctor :   It could be due to excessive blood flow to the brain suddenly when you tilt your head lower than your body level.
Doctor :   Ok
User :   as she has had to episides of when she has been at working and puting ads in the newspaper on the computer and she says her virson goes wavey when she is looking at the computer and then about 10 mins later she got a bit of a headache
Doctor :   It would be better to take her to an Ophthalmologist to get her eyes examined.
User :   she wears glasses
User :   could she have a tumour
Doctor :   No, I doubt as I feel that she might be having just a strainuous work and not the tumor.
Doctor :   see a ophthalmologist as this will help to come to a conclusion.
User :   ok thanks heaps
Doctor :   Are there any more queries for me to help you with?
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me
Doctor :   Take care
Doctor :   Bye for now.
