User :   we gave her sinarest cc at 7:30 pm 3.5 ml

Doctor :   Ok, since there is gurgling sound in the cough and fever associated i consider it probably to be lower respiratory tract infection

Doctor :   ok,then you can give 125 mg more , that is 250mg thrice day after food would suffice
