User :   no
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me explain to you.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Since I cannot physically examine you, i am unable to predict what may be causing such disturbances.
User :   cant u ask me question to see whats wrong
Doctor :   Confusional state, lightheadedness and similar symptoms that occur suddenly are common following certain medications, infection, metabolic/electrolyte abnormalities.
Doctor :   From your history, I do not foresee any of the above to be responsible for your symptoms.
User :   is it a brain problem
Doctor :   In the absence of the above factors, it could possibly be your past anxiety/psychological factors that may be responsible.
User :   how can it be when i cant remember things after 1 to 2 mins
Doctor :   You will need evaluation which will include sugar testing, serum electrolytes and other metabolic work up to confirm/rule out if any other cause is responsible for your symptoms.
User :   could it be a brain problem
Doctor :   Your symptoms are not conclusive of a serious brain problem.
User :   what symptom would be a brain problem
Doctor :   I suggest you to consult a doctor for a physical examination.
Doctor :   A visual examination with neurological/psychological evaluation is needed for diagnosing the condition.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   life theating
User :   is what is happening life the=ratening
User :   whats wrong and very very scared
Doctor :   Since your symptoms are all sensory in nature, it is unlikely that it is associated with any brain condition and off course not a life threatening one.
Doctor :   Probably associated more with the anxiety issues.
User :   u think
User :   as when i left the driveway to go down the road i went over the bump in briveway and i was like my body took awile to reacted
Doctor :   From this far, without physically examining you, I cannot comment more about the cause and possible treatment plans.
User :   can you ask me question and try and see whats wrong
Doctor :   Since your symptoms are sensory in nature, without a physical examination/psychological evaluation, and the tests(if necessary),
Doctor :   diagnosing the condition is a difficult task.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   can u try and diagoinse me please
Doctor :   Based on your history and the fact that your symptoms are predominantly sensory, most probably cause is anxiety/psychological in nature.
Doctor :   But you will need to understand, that I cannot perform a physical examination.
Doctor :   My opinion is based on your history alone.
Doctor :   So I suggest that you see a doctor, if your symptoms persists
Doctor :   or you develop any other symptoms such as
Doctor :   headaches, vision blurring, persistent vomiting, fever, drowsiness,
User :   on01
User :   what do those symptoms mean if i get them
Doctor :   These symptoms are indicative of an organic problem which will need evaluation.
Doctor :   So if you develop these symptoms, you will need to report to your doctor.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   dont need to go to hospital
User :   and what are th symptoms of brain problems
Doctor :   Commonest symptoms of brain problems are severe headache, recurrent vomiting, drowsiness, profound confusion state, lethargy, unconsiousness.
Doctor :   Apart from these few other symptoms such as convulsions and
Doctor :   localising symptoms such as weakness, speech disturbances, visual disturbances are seen.
Doctor :   Few other symptoms such as sensory disturbances, memory changes, cognitive impairment are seen uncommonly.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   i have speech problem as today had friend over and couldnt say cage and some other words
Doctor :   Ok

User :   i am very scared
Doctor :   The symptoms that I have mentioned was only to provide you with information.
Doctor :   Moreover a brain problem is usually associated with multiple symptoms(from the above)
User :   so so scared as u say uncommonly for sensory disturbances, memory changes, cognitive impairment
Doctor :   Your symptoms could be caused by anxiety factors alone.
Doctor :   But since I do not have the privilege of examination over this chat,
User :   why u think that!!
Doctor :   I suggested that you see a doctor.
Doctor :   A physical examination will help in providing if any other factor is contributing to your symptoms.
Doctor :   and if yes, they are definitely a reversible one.
Doctor :   Hope it is clear now.
User :   why now u are scareing me
User :   U are scaring me alot now
Doctor :   Since you are looking for the cause, the physical examination is needed.
User :   is it dangerous
Doctor :   No, it isn't a dangerous/serious concern.
User :   u sure
Doctor :   Let me put it across in other words.
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   yes here
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Yes.
Doctor :   I shall put it across in simple word.
Doctor :   Based on your history, your symptoms are majorly sensory in nature, that is what you perceive.
Doctor :   Sensory symptoms alone are not diagnostic of a brain related problem.
Doctor :   Hence based on what you describe, it is most probably that the cause is anxiety/psychological issues alone.
Doctor :   But since you are looking for a definite cause, which is possible by physical examination alone, I did suggest you to see a doctor.
Doctor :   Your symptoms, if were to be anxiety and psychological can be treated by
Doctor :   good destressing measures, improved diet and
User :   i also got the bad humming in my both ear and all the noise drained from my ears for 40 secs like a min ago
Doctor :   drinking plenty of water.
User :   and i got so so scared.
Doctor :   The humming sensation is describe medically as tinnitus.
Doctor :   This again could be anxiety and stress related(since you don't report of other ear symptoms)
Doctor :   Hence you need not worry.
Doctor :   Follow measures to destress yourself.
Doctor :   Increasing worry will not do any good.
Doctor :   Proper and regular sleep,
Doctor :   relaxation techniques such as yoga , meditations,
Doctor :   physical exercises,
Doctor :   improved diet that has to be regular,
Doctor :   plenty of water consumption will aid in the recovery.
Doctor :   Watch out for the symptoms that I had suggested to you earlier.
Doctor :   if you develop, those symptoms, then it is suggestive of an organic problem.
User :   could it be a brain problem
Doctor :   You will need specific treatment if it were to be an organic problem.
Doctor :   Organic problem includes a brain problem too.
User :   what u mean organic problem
Doctor :   Based on your history, presently the symptoms are not conclusive of a brain problem or an organic problem.
Doctor :   By organic problem, I mean a pathological body illness.
Doctor :   Hope it is clear now.
User :   what about my head going like tingly
Doctor :   Any symptom that is purely sensory(what you perceive) is most likely secondary to increased stress and anxiety,
User :   and i have been taking nerofen for the pain of my swollon gu and what to know can it give you intergestion
Doctor :   This again is purely a history based analysis alone.
User :   so it could be a problem with my brain
Doctor :   Codeine in the nerofen can cause similar sensory disturbances such as lightheartedness, dizziness, anxiety worsening, nervousness and so on.
Doctor :   these symptoms get reversed/stop as the drug is stopped.
User :   i havent taken nerofen for like 32 hours now
Doctor :   The symptoms that you suffer could have been worsened/aggravated due to the drug.
User :   so this could be a brain problem
Doctor :   You should be feeling better by now then.
Doctor :   I cannot conclude by your history alone.
Doctor :   Your history are more suggestive of anxiety and probably the medication has contributed to the symptoms.
User :   last time i took it was at 8:30 am yetsreday morning and its 8:32pm now the following night
User :   so nerofen can give ou intergestion
Doctor :   Intergestion?
User :   yes
User :   like the burning in thoart
Doctor :   No.
User :   what you mean no
User :   hello you here
Doctor :   Nerofen are likely to produce abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting.
Doctor :   If you have an history of heart burn(reflux)
User :   i got very bad intergustion
Doctor :   Burning sensation in the throat secondary to reflux oesophagitis/gastritis can be worsened by Nerofen.
User :   no dont have history of it
Doctor :   Using antacid syrup such as Syp Gelusil / Syp Mucaine gel a teaspoon before a meal, thrice a day for a week will help in preventing these symptoms.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yes
User :   so i would have a brain problem
Doctor :   Burning sensation in the throat is definitely not a feature of brain issue.
User :   what about he other ones
Doctor :   It is probably secondary to reflux.
Doctor :   I have given my opinion with regards to your previous symptoms.
Doctor :   Based on your symptoms, they are suggestive of anxiety related issues and not due to a brain problem.
Doctor :   Watch out for the symptoms that I had suggested.
Doctor :   See the doctor, if you develop those symptoms.
Doctor :   And destressing measures is most essential.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   no
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Bye for now.
User :   bye
User :   u australia
User :   australian
Doctor :   No, I am from India.
User :   u dont talk good engilish then
Doctor :   I shall try improving my English language skills.
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me. Bye for now.
