User :   I have been having headaches on the right side only that involve severe right eye pain. That side of my face also flushes before and during these headaches. The right side of my body has felt numb and have strange pain sensations
User :   my vision also seems a little blurred in my right eye
Doctor :   please provide your age, gender. height, weight, details of past medical illness and treatment if any.
User :   24, female, 5'9", 130 lbs, diagnosed with pernicious anemia and treated with monthly B12 injections
User :   also have had muscle weakness and cramping in legs and arms
Doctor :   ok. since when are you having these symptoms?
Doctor :   when was your last B-12 injection?
User :   the headaches started about 3 months ago; the muscle weakness and cramping has been ongoing for about 2 years. last B12 about 3 weeks ago
Doctor :   do you have other symptoms associated like flashes of light, ringing in ears, dizziness, loss of balance?
User :   i do have loss of balance and sometimes seem to have poor coordination. i also faint or come close to fainting frequently
Doctor :   ok. have you had a Neurology consult done? since when you have loss of balance?
User :   no neurology consult. the loss of balance started about 2 years ago, which was when pernicious anemia was diagnosed
Doctor :   you might need an EEG and MRI scan of brain to see if anything serious is present
Doctor :   these investigations will also help to know if your symptoms are due to abnormal signals in brain.
User :   what could cause that?
Doctor :   ok.
Doctor :   do mean to ask cause for pernicious anemia?
User :   im 24 and sometimes feel like an 80 year old
User :   no, what could cause the abnormal signals in brain?
Doctor :   it could be anything. it could start with lack of oxygen to space occupying lesion
Doctor :   it will require careful investigations to come to root cause
Doctor :   to be able to start you on definitive treatment.
