Doctor :   First let me tell you about the lipid profile : Doctor :   Your S.Chol. , S.Ldl , S.Trig. are in the Borderline range which if elevated can be in the Abnormal level and if worked out soon can be normal.
Doctor :   Your Vldl has to below 40 or LDL and VLDL put together have to be below 140.
Doctor :   So potentially you are not in risk zone.

Doctor :   7. Say no to ghee, butter, oily foods, cheese, peanut butter, pastries, ice creams, milk shakes.
Doctor :   8. Say YES to butter milk, bolied foods, sugar free juices, fruit cakes, lots of water.
