Doctor :   Hi
User :   hii
Doctor :   How can I help you?'
User :   I have a toothe decay in right side tooth
User :   i had appraoched a dentist
User :   she suggested to get RC done
Doctor :   Ok
User :   but before that she gave amoxicilling and diclofenac dosage for 4 days since i had severe pain in ears and jaw
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   yes
User :   yes
User :   now the pain has stopped
Doctor :   OK
User :   but i constantly feel the toothemight come out
User :   why is it so
Doctor :   for how many days are you on the antibiotics?
User :   4
User :   dose has finished
User :   no pain absolutely
Doctor :   Dental carries damage the structure of the tooth, and the infection further hampers the tooth and surrounding structure.
Doctor :   This causes pain and weekness of the gum to hold the teeth back.
Doctor :   This will improve as the infection and the inflammation has settled.
User :   so will it come out
Doctor :   No, as long as you don't try to pull it out,
Doctor :   it wouldn't fall of by itself.
User :   when i eat from the other side the movement makes me feel that tooth might come out
Doctor :   Continue with the antibiotics as suggested.
Doctor :   If the pain has come down, it suggests that the infection is down.
Doctor :   Report to your dentist, who can now plan for RCT.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
User :   if i delay the RC then it might come out?
Doctor :   Let me explain.
Doctor :   The loose tooth that you feel now,
Doctor :   is because of the gum weekness that has probably developed because of the inflammation
Doctor :   This will improve as the inflammation settles.
Doctor :   I expect the inflammation to be down now,
Doctor :   and the gums to strengthen.
Doctor :   And as tooth is attached deep down.
Doctor :   Just gum weekness will not cause tooth to fall off, untill there is forcible removal.
Doctor :   Hence you need not worry.
User :   if i move the tongue over the tooth i can sense the weekness
Doctor :   Report to your dentist, who will plan for RCT.
User :   can i delay the RCT by 2 days
Doctor :   Yes, this should be fine soon as the inflammation is down.
User :   will it make conditions worse
Doctor :   No,
Doctor :   RCT will help in worsening of the condition.
User :   rct will worse it?
Doctor :   No.
Doctor :   Have you followed?
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?

User :   hello
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Are you getting my messages
User :   there is some sort of a hole in the cavity
Doctor :   I am here
Doctor :   I am here
User :   ya
User :   are u there
Doctor :   Look the main use of getting the RCT, root canal treatment is to save the tooth from falling
Doctor :   In this treatment the decayed and the infected, dead tissue is removed
Doctor :   along with damaged nerves
User :   i am damn scared of RCT
Doctor :   Once this is done, you can save the tooth for longer time
Doctor :   RCT if done with good expertise during the early days of its need has no pain
Doctor :   If you do not get RCT done, you will have to suffer the pain for more time and eventually your tooth falls
Doctor :   off
User :   once it touch the nerves in RCT it pains
Doctor :   If the tooth falls, the opposite tooth in the opposite jaw
Doctor :   loosens
Doctor :   and problems with chewing
Doctor :   The local anesthesia is given not to cause pain
User :   why does it still pain when at point it is touched
Doctor :   Because the anesthesia is not given properly
Doctor :   or the nerve is severely avulsed
User :   means
Doctor :   and it needs to be removed by RCT
User :   avulsed?
Doctor :   Damaged
User :   in that case will it pain even in anesthsia
Doctor :   NO
User :   do they give injection in cavity
Doctor :   The anesthesia is given at the level of nerve
Doctor :   so that the nerve is made numb
Doctor :   the doctor check if you have pain still or not
User :   why not give full anaesthsia
User :   as in surgery
Doctor :   If you are too afraid, then they can give
Doctor :   but that costs you more
Doctor :   and need to be hospitalized for a day
User :   that is the most comfortabel right not a single level of pain
Doctor :   YOu may discuss with the Endodontis
User :   she has advised me 3 sittings
Doctor :   Ok continue with that
User :   does it take so long for 1 tooth
Doctor :   Yes
User :   actually she has also advised me to gargle with salt water
Doctor :   Ok that is normal
