User :   Hi , Im aged 30 and have high BP regularly

User :   no illness in particular .. once in a month have a severe headache .. sometimes fatigue like feeling on right hand .. i dont smoke / drink

User :   no .. occasionally i have the BP as well as Cholestrol checked .. Cholestrol is on the higher side .. do not have the figs correctly now
User :   i am a non veg , but eats fish more than meat .. reducing oily food since some time
Doctor :   I would say that you need to bring the Cholesterol levels down since you have mentioned that they are high and that in it self could be teh cause
