Doctor :   I am worried if you say that you have this for last 6 months
Doctor :   so I suggest you get examined and see if it is really a yeast infection
Doctor :   or something which needs a prescription medicine
Doctor :   It is most commonly a yeast ( vaginal candidiasis) which can be easily confirmed by physical examination by Doctor or Nurse.
User :   I really want to, but I'm partly too shy to go
Doctor :   It is easy to treat
Doctor :   You can see a Nurse practitioner
Doctor :   It is nothing to feel shy about, you know this is common in 90% of women

Doctor :   and you are not the one
User :   Do you have any specific name of product that I could by without prescription?
Doctor :   XXX.
Doctor :   Avoid wearing tight-fitting, synthetic clothing (e.g., panty hose) that does not allow air circulation. Wear loose-fitting clothing made of cotton and other natural fibers until the infection is healed. \Avoid getting this medication in the eyes, nose, or mouth.

Doctor :   please stop it as you may be allergic to this drug
Doctor :   see the doctor immediately
User :   yeah ok.
User :   do you have any advice in cleaning?
Doctor :   Insert the ointment into the vagina using the applicator as directed.
Doctor :   Read the instructions carefully before using it
Doctor :   You can use a sanitary napkin to prevent the medication from staining your clothing but do not use a tampon.
Doctor :   If the infection does not clear up after you have finished one course of therapy, or if it appears to get worse, see your doctor. You may have another type of infection
Doctor :   You have to use this only once, as it is a stat dose
Doctor :   Are you with me?
Doctor :   Did you follow my instructions?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Good
User :   I'm copying it down.
Doctor :   Is there anything else I can help you with
