User:Sometime pressure on top of my head, heaviness around the head, sometime tightness in the head, sometime headache – don’t know why ?
User:I had MRI scan nothing found as it was normal
User:MRI of my brain
User:and EEG test -
User:all are normal

User:i m 29 years old

User:i had this in Nov, Dec, XXXXXXX 2012
User:then i met with one nuro doctor
Doctor:I need these information to understand the condition better. I hope you do not mind answering the questions.
User:that doctor said that I have no problem
User:i just need to do disk walk for 40-50 min in the mornign
User:and i should not take tension
User:id followed it and i was 0000% OK
User:but again i had some personal issues so i was in deep tension and it started again
User:last week
User:when i sleep in the night
User:and wake-up in the morning - i feel OK
User:I am not going for morning walk for the past two months

User:Also constipation problem I have I checked my BP y’day it was 142

Doctor:From your description, the headache seems to be due to tension headache which are a form of chronic headache.
User:i think whenever i take too much of tension it creates problem
Doctor:It is good that you have undergone MRI scans. Brain aneurysm can mimic such severe headaches and normal scans rules this out.
User:even my TFT test was OK
User:Do u know MIOT hospital in Chennai
User:i did my MRI scan in MIOT only

Doctor:Tension headaches are treated with life style changes. Avoiding tension and staying stress free prevents such headaches. So I suggest you to practice the exercise given to you earlier.
User:in March. April, May - I was 100% OK
Doctor:At times of severe headache, you can take pain relievers such as Tab. Dolo 650mg.
Doctor:Other medications will be needed, if the headaches are very frequent.
Doctor:So keep a note of the date and time of headache occurrence in a dairy.
Doctor:These measures will be sufficient to help you live healthy and headache free life.
Doctor:Have you followed what I suggested?
User:i don't know the medicine names as it is at my home now however i asked in pharmacy and they said that one is for vitamin, and one for nerves related, and last one for also nerves and sleep related medicine

Doctor:I would prescribe similar medications if the headaches occur frequently.
User:i think i should re-start my morning fast walk

Doctor:You can keep a stress free life, with healthy exercise and regular meals.
Doctor:They will prevent the headaches.
User:and thats true that i take too much of tension for even small thing and it's my minus point

Doctor:Keep yourself stress free with early morning walks, breathing exercise, regular meals, meditation, yoga, soft music and so on.

User:one of my friends told me that the nerves become tight in your head and that's the reason you have this kind of issue? and nerves becomes tight because of my too much of worry/ tension

Doctor:The exact pathogenesis that occurs to cause this headache is unknown.
Doctor:However it is believed to be due to some neurochemical changes.
Doctor:These changes can also produces muscular contractions causing the pain.
Doctor:So your friend is partly right.

User:one more very important question i have
User:i went to ENT doctor also
User:i went to three ENT doctors
User:and three of them said the same thing
User:that inside my nose
User:some skin has grown and that makes me difficult to breach sometime
User:i had a surgery in 2007
User:in my nose
User:ENT doctor said that my nose is a little band
User:so he did the operation
User:and i was really free to breath but after sometime again this problem started
User:even another ENT said that operation was not done properly
User:so imgot confused
User:one thing, when i am too busy at my work - i dont feel any headache
