User :   I am experiencing mild pressure in the middle of my chest, on & off since morning today

User :   it is very mild..
Doctor :   Is the pain like a burning type of pain, dull ache or any other form?
User :   almost like a pressure
User :   no its not burning
User :   i would say a dull ache but doesnt last long
User :   few seconds at a time

User :   has re-ocurred about 3-4 times since morning
User :   after an interval of say 1 hr
User :   while i was doing sm activity

User :   it is only localised in the front

Doctor :   the pain you have is probably a non cardiac pain
User :   ok
Doctor :   This is a non concerning problems.
Doctor :   Such symptoms are often related to stress and anxiety.
Doctor :   If you have history of heart burns, indigestion or gastritis
Doctor :   Let me suggest you a few measures that will help you.

Doctor :   Practise deep breathing exercises during those events.
Doctor :   If the pain is persisting you may use Tab dolo 650mg one tablet.

Doctor :   2. Syp Mucaine gel one teaspoon thrice a day for 2 weeks before meals.
Doctor :   3. Multivitamin pills such as Tab zincovit one tablet a day for 20 days.
Doctor :   4. Regular sleep.
Doctor :   5. Regular diet containing less spicy and less oily food is essential.
Doctor :   6. Avoid fasting.
Doctor :   7. You may consult a doctor and get an ECG done.
User :   ok...does stress related pain occur while doing non stressful activities like about to go for a bath, about to pick up a child etc, opening a door..
User :   these were the kind of activities when i experienced pain
