User :   hi i had a water infection 3 weeks ago which i was put on amoxicillin for i went back for a midwife check as iam 6 months pregnant at the moment and they sent a new urine sample of today i got the results that there is no bacteria growth in the urine but there is over 190 pus cells in the urine could you explsin what they are and what this means please and is it life threating or anything thankyou

User :   the new urine culture i had done on wednesday the 19th i got the results today and there was no bacteria growth just more pus cells
Doctor :   the antibiotic given initially might have cleared the bacteria
Doctor :   the pus cells also should come down as the infection is cleared
