Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   I was wondering if you could help me out with some symptoms that i have been having
User :   i have been noticing for the last 8 months or so that in the days leading up to my period that i have become completely emotional
Doctor :   When do you get emotional
User :   it's been getting worse and worse. going from mood swings from angry to uncontrolable crying.. then i get my period and am over it
Doctor :   and what emotional symptoms do you have
User :   just in the 4 or 5 days leading up to it
Doctor :   after period or before period
User :   i cry, i get angry over things i wouldn't normally get upset about, i yell at people, and mostly cry over it all again
User :   before
Doctor :   Ok any other symptoms
User :   and in the day right before it comes, i get a debilitating headache
User :   it just feels all completely uncontrolable
User :   i hadn't noticed until the last couple of times that it happened, that it was happening so close to my period
Doctor :   Ok this is called Premenstrual syndrome
Doctor :   I think you can see a doctor and get physical examination done once
User :   i understand that, and I have thought that, but why is it getting so much worse?
Doctor :   and he will suggest yuo few counselling
