User :   Ya even i am not able to adjust with my In laws. As i want all the things to be kept clean, But they dont do that, I am the only person to keep the house they do irrtate.
User :   me because of this also i get head ache.

Doctor :   Is this irritation getting more just before you get your periods?
User :   There is lot of simple situation in that also i get headache and shout and fight with everyone

User :   Every time this happens and i want all things to happen according to me when it dosent happen i get irritated and get headache soon
Doctor :   I suggest that you write down your feelings in a diary when you are angry and try to analyse them.
Doctor :   I also want you to write down every episode of irritability and shouting with the date
Doctor :   Once you do that
Doctor :   I want you to check if this is increasing in the last 15 days of your menses as pre-menstrual syndrome can lead to such irritability
Doctor :   if that is the cause
Doctor :   then that can be corrected to an extent with medicines
