Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hi ,
Doctor :   please proceed with your query.
User :   i need to ask regarding my wife's pregnancy and ultra sound status
Doctor :   Ok
User :   There was a heart beat of 108 bpm and doctors initially said it's fine for 6 weeks foetus
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   Now yesterday my wife observed light brown discharge , and we have been told that the heart beat is low , and she is required to take proluton depot injections
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   May I know how did it started?
Doctor :   May I know your wife's age?
User :   She is 25
User :   We just had our first ultrasound scan on Monday , and after that on Tuesday ( yesterday ) she observed mild brown spotting , two times
User :   while urination
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   was there any injury?
User :   no , nothing. She is just taking rest , since her pregnancy was confirmed
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   As she had mild brown spotting twice and the fetal heart rate is dropping, I am opinion she might be going to abortion.
Doctor :   Thats why doctor has prescribed proluton depot injections which are progesterone hormonal injections to stop abortion.
User :   Ok..
Doctor :   It would be better for her to continue on progesterone injections and later tablets as she is more prone for abortions now.
User :   Okk.. Thx for your opinion. Tc. Bye
Doctor :   Pleasure here.
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Take care. Bye
