User:Actually, I needed some help with my eating plan
User:I am 28 and 17 weeks pregnant
User:I have not gained weight so far

User:and now I have reduced morning sickness but constipation is making me not eating properly
User:Can you suggest something which will help me to reduce constipation, give me all nutritions I need

User:before pregnancy, I used to have it daily and now I can't even take it a small cup of it

User:well, spicy

User:I am craving on all spicy foods these days

Doctor:oh.. Spicy will upset your tummy and you will have reduced appetite
User:I wanted to ask, if jaggery - gud is allowed in pregnancy?
Doctor:so reduce the spices a bit
