User :   some blood started flowing from one nostril and I immediately washed my face...
User :   i usally have a stuffy nose at most times...

Doctor :   that is normal during pregnancy, as the increased estrogen levels can cause such changes

Doctor :   You might use some nsal drops like ayr NASAL SPRAY, which contains NaCl

Doctor :   this will help moisten the nasal passages and keep them from bleeding
User :   at times there is some blood in the mucuc from the nose and cough
