User:but i hate milk only once iam taking milk that too with great difficulties.
Doctor:For the bitterness in your mouth, sleep with your head elevated and eat every 2-3 hours
Doctor:Have curd or kheer then. That will also do
User:ok having butter milk daily .
Doctor:that will be fine , but you would need to keep it less spicy and you'll need to take twice the quantity of milk
Doctor:So approx 4 glasses of buttermilk
User:4 glasss?
Doctor:it has curd in a diluted form right?
User:yes doctor
Doctor:So if you take a diluted version, double the amount
