User :   I am concerned becuase I had an abortion in June of this year and my period has been coming evry 28 or 29 days, but I have not gotten a period this month and I tested negative for pregnancy
Doctor :   ok. do you have any symptoms suggesting early pregnancy like nausea, tiredness, headache, mood changes, food cravings, increased sleep, increased urination, low back pain, mild cramps , breast soreness etc?

Doctor :   go ahead with testing for blood beta HCG level test
Doctor :   it is more accurate and can detect pregnancy earlier than urine tests
Doctor :   if theis also comes back negative

Doctor :   further investigations like hormonal analysis would be needed to look for any underlying derangement
